FABRICATION

Lower volume parts and prototype parts require fabrication without the investment of hard tooling.  Changes can be made with minimum tool charges and little lost time.  As volumes increase and parts reach higher quantities, hard tooling can be considered to run more efficiently to lower part costs and deliver more parts in a shorter period of time.  Amada King II and Queen Turret Presses combined with Amada Press Brakes are used to expedite the production and fabrication of lower quantity parts with minimum cost.  Parts up to four feet by eight feet in aluminum, steel, and pre-painted material can be made.
